- Salt, sugar, oil
- Fermented shrimp paste
Process:
1. Clean and drain chicken before chopping into well –size bits for eating
2. Marinate chicken chopped with 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar , medicinal onion minced and oil. Wait about 30 minutes before cooking
3. Heat oil in large pan, add chicken and fry quickly. Afterthat, simmer with 3 tablespoon water until the broth thickened.
4. Season with 1 tsp fermented shrimp paste before the turn off fire.
