With a perfect sympathy of flavours, How wonderful it is to enjoy this salad in the hot days.Today i would like to give you seafood salad recipe

1. Ingredients

  • 100 squid
  • 100g shrimp
  • 50g scallop
  • 50 g carrot
  • 50 g cucumber
  • 50g onion
  • 30 g sesame
  • 3 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoon sugar

2. Lemon :

  • Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

3. Method
1. Chop squid to well size pieces for eating, boil shrimp and peel the cover of back, boil scallop and take them out their covers.
2. Carrot and cucumber slice into thin line. Soak all in water with vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar. And then squeeze and drain
3. Making salad dressing: mix fish sauce, sugar, lemon and garlic minced
4. Finally, dress sauce onto the salad and mix well .

- It is more tasty if you enjoy it with crispy shrimp chips

- Just add the dressing when you eat it
