Vietnamese roast chicken- Ga ro ti is a different version of chicken which is usually serve ed in party and some special occasions. Chicken is a nutrient food with variety types of minerals and vitamins like: A, B1, B2, C,E, calcium, iron. Moreover, It is a easy-absorbed and digest food, reduce stress and good for brain. In addition, chicken has cool feature. Today we will learn how to make Vietnamese roast chicken- Ga ro ti:

Ingredients:

  • 1 leg of chicken
  • Soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, pepper, five spices powder, garlic,shallot, oil, coconut water.

Preparation:

  • Marinate chicken with with all the ingredients over night or at least 1 hours.It is better to be overnight
  • Heat the oil and fried chicken until the skin is golden.
  • Add shiitake into the pan and pour coconut water cover the meat
  • Put it on dish. This food is really yummy when served with bread or rice.
